Returns & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label upon your return request. You can choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that returned products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:
– Discounted items from a final sale cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged

– Products must be returned unused in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase,You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@stylepowers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.Original shipping fees are non-refundable (shipping fees will depend on your location and weight of the package)

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without address that we send

Please send the item(s) back to us through a local mail office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX.
 (If you choosing one of the above-mentioned fast deliver options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process.)


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address from our customer service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should know that all the shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach  may vary.

If you are shipping an item which values over a certain amount of money, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
